Very Pleased with the work and service provided by PC Guy, my Laptop was unable to be upgraded due to the age of my machine, I needed a replacement laptop Pete offered a solution to my problem. PC Guy had a selection of refurbished laptops in stock and i was able to purchase a similar upgraded model at at very good price.
I would recommend PC Guy for any PC / Laptop Issues or Repairs.

Excellent Service again by PC Guy. Pete is my first port of call with anything PC related: He gave advise online last week regarding a system failure and I discussed I need my HDD upgrading. As I am not local I took the chance for a family trip to the coast (New Brighton) dropping my PC to Pete on the way, he upgraded and copied all data from the drive in time to collect on our journey home a few hours later. I was kept up to date on progress throughout the day. Would definitely recommend for repairs, upgrades or purchasing of systems. Thanks

Was having a really bad time with my PC and Peter came and said he thought it was the hard drive and took it home. . Within 2 days he brought it back and he had changed the hard drive and now it is running perfectly. I also asked could he look at a tablet I had which I had messed up and not used. After contacting PC Guy within 2days Pete arrived to sort out my problems on my computer. I wasn’t able to send emails and my printer wouldn’t print out from articles. I left him to it and an hour later he sorted out the problems and also made the computer a bit quicker than it was. I contacted Peter by email to ask about help getting a new PC. Peter asked me what I wanted and within a few days he had sorted everything out for me. I dropped off my old hard drive and Peter transferred everything over for me. He then came to my home to set everything up for me and showed me how everything worked. I had a desktop pc that had become so frustratingly slow that at times I felt like throwing it out of the window. Pete recommended that my data be transferred across to a refurbished and more modern machine, along with upgrading my monitor. He gave me very reasonable quotes for the work, communicated everything with me, and "bingo" when I switched the new machine on the speed was incredible and frustration a thing of the past. I'm paranoid about anybody allowed near one of my machines. Also, Peter is the first person I've ever entrusted a computer to, and I admit to having been nervous, initially. Before work began, I had already sensed the professionalism. My machine is back with me, now, faster than it was before Peter waved his wand over it, for me. PC Guy has yet again come to my rescue and this time has saved me having to buy a brand new laptop! The hinges had broken on my laptop meaning that the screen was wobbly and I was worried about it falling off totally! Pete took a look and was able to work his magic by replacing the broken hinges and casing of the laptop. He was extremely quick and I was delighted to receive my laptop restored to full working order within a couple of days. Thanks once again PC Guy! I can't recommend you highly enough!

Great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable and helpful from my first email enquiry. Pete helped set up a new powerful wifi system for our house so that there are no blind spots, all printers work on the system and I no longer have teenagers complaining that things don't work. Definitely should have got him here before now and will use him if I have any IT issues in the future. We did have an expenssive mesh system from Amazon Eero that wasn't doing what it should. The new better more powerful system and all the time Pete has spent sorting it all out would have been cheaper than paying Amazon for the Eero

Didn't know anybody who had used this service but gave laptop in and got it back fixed in less than 24 hrs. Very helpful on phone with info before commencing repair and asking if he can go ahead with repair with price.
