Home Visits

 

For some, taking their computer out of their home is not convenient. When this is the case, PC Guy can come to you. Where possible the repair will be done in the comfort of your own home. 

 

Ocassionally, some jobs cannot be completed onsite. When this is the case, we would consult with you and, if permission is given, we would take your machine away, do the repair, and then bring it back to you.

Computer repair home visits can be arranged within the Ellesmere Port, Wirral and Chester areas, but there may be a longer waiting time compared with our drop-off service.  Give us a call or complete our contact us form, and we can book you in.

 

 

Drop-Off Service

 

Don't want to be staying in while your computer gets fixed, or have other appointments to attend? Drop off your computer to PC Guy in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port. We have drop off times between 10am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 5pm on a Friday.

 

We are a home based business and have on street parking, or you can also park at Little Sutton Library and walk a short distance to us.

Always contact us first before dropping off, as we need to book you in. We work on appointments only.  Give us a call or drop us a message using the contact us form.

We will do our best to get your computer up and running smoothly as soon as possible to cause minimal inconvenience to you, whilst you go about your normal day.

What We Don't Repair

 

Here at PC Guy Ellesmere Port, we specialise in laptop and desktop computer repairs. We therefore, unfortunately, do not repair the following:
