Some jobs, such as wireless network issues (WiFi), printer issues etc are best done onsite at your home so that tests can be done on your home network settings. However, occasionally, some jobs such as laptop healthchecks are done at the premises of PC Guy in a controlled environment. We will always advise you best when you contact us.

If, however, you would like to drop your computer off to PC Guy so that you don't have to stay in, then that is perfectly fine. We are not a PC repair shop on a high-street, but we are a home based family business in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port, with easy access by car or by foot. Working from home allows us to accept drop-offs out of ours.
